We went to the branch in the morning, around 11:20 am, me, my sister with a baby in arms, to register a password for use in the Bank's App. The employee saw that she was preferred and didn't give priority to the service, it's already 12:37 pm, she still hasn't been attended to. It's my niece crying because her lunch time has already passed. Here is my indignation. Would give a ZERO , no stars. January 9th 2020.

Terrible attendance! Terrible reception ... They don't pay attention to you, much less a "wait a moment", I felt invisible. Soooo long delay in service. It took me more than 1 hour to pick up a simple card... Disgusted with this customer service! I'm giving 1 🌟 because we don't have the option to give none!!

Terrible attendance! Few employees to help customers. They don't even give priority to mothers with infants. Child crying here and mother waiting more than 1 hour to be seen!

agency that does not deposit checks, does not have a manager to assist you, to make large withdrawals, they recommend going to another agency with a scheduled time. Almost everything here doesn't.

Bad service, manager doesn't respond, doesn't respond to messages.
